About The Big Picture Fest Newcastle
Locals watched our streets transform even more during the Big Picture Fest long weekends in Oct 2020 and 2022. Newcastle Afoot proudly produced this large-scale street art festival alongside international artist and Creative Director Vans the Omega in 2020. The event brought world-class artists to paint 20 murals alongside local talent over one beautiful festival weekends.
The Big Picture Fest as left a beautiful art trail for the community to discover for years to come. We encourage you to explore the artwork on foot - here are some ways:
